Your Planet Needs You!
Your Planet Needs You ... Live in 2050!
How can we deal with challenges we are facing?
How do we want to live in the future?

Our Exhibition ''Your Planet Needs You!'' is an interactive exhibition for the whole family. It will be held at the Cyprus International Fair, EXPO (Kiosk 4, 1.100 sqm) from the 13th of October 2017 till the 1st of April 2018 and was designed by Science Museum of London. It was first presented on London’s Science Museum before it began its world tour in places like New York, Kuala Lumpur, Athens, Thessaloniki. The exhibition focuses in some of the most important contemporary issues, like worldwide reduction of natural resources, climate changes, and the need for citizenship activation for a sustainable future.

While the visitors walk through the exhibition they take part into interactive games that aim to entice them into issues and problems that concern the creation of a sustainable future. Amongst the activity there the ‘Journey to the Future’, a driving game where the visitor design a vehicle and can invite his/her friends to a future city. Another game is the ‘future drink game’ where the participants try to trace drinking water. There is also a virtual swimming pool where one can dive. The visitors are given digital ‘survival card’ where their decisions are inscribed. For example visitors are called to design their future houses and decide what types of energy they would need to use in order to power them.

Participants are welcomed by four characters in the briefing area at start of the exhibition. Buz, Eco, Tek and Dug introduce themselves, they talk to us from the year 2050 and they want us to think more seriously about our future (their present..!).

Visitors will see the 2050 neighborhood they built come to life on the big screen, rising from the ground amongst a future city that demonstrates how everyone’s potential lifestyles combine to affect all our futures.!

Little Muse Storytelling "Who are you Stripy Lion?"
Saturday at 9:30 AM - 11 AM
Little Muse Theatre, 8 Markou Drakou Street, Larnaka

Who Are You, Stripy Lion?
In the tick-tock quiet, a shaft of moonlight tickles the nose of something sleeping. It's a stuffed, stripy lion. He twitches. Then an enormous dusty sneeze echoes round the room. He's awake. So begins this charming story, all about a forgotten toy who can't remember his name. He is befriended by Muriel (a decoration hummingbird), Hermann (a daft draught excluder), and Snowy and Santa (Christmas-shaped salt and pepper shakers). Together they embark on an adventure to meet Matryoshka, a wise and ancient Russian Doll, who is the only person in the shop who might be able to tell him who he is. Thrills, spills, and some seriously silly situations await him on his adventure.

Entrance 7 euro for the whole family includes art and craft and picnic and songs

Peperula, the sweet one!
Jan 28 - Mar 11
Satirical Theater
Nicosia, Cyprus
Consisting of two children's fairy tales and troubled about intimidation, confrontation and diversity, through original music based on traditional organs and rhythms, the heroes of our story come alive, enchant and give shrill messages.
Why being special is a blessing!
In the famous garden of Barbara Yanni, grow the most delicious fruit and vegetables! The well-known hot peppers become wild in the markets! One day, however, a casino of the many, full of red pizzerias Piperitsa is not sold. No one wants to buy ... These peppers are sweet ...
Which of all the proud Hot Sweet peppers is responsible for the sweet result and do not sell peppers in the market?
The little granddaughter of Barbara Giannis arrives in the orchard ... The battle of diversity begins. Sweet red pepper is attacked by the rest, intimidating her.
It will defend itself, overcome the retreats it will encounter, provide solutions without teaching, support and protect anyone who needs it.
